We believe in transparent pricing and clear communication. We are considered an out-of-network practice and do not accept any insurance. Patients are given a custom receipt to submit for insurance reimbursement. Follow-up appointment durations are determined by the provider and are inclusive of medical record review, documentation, collaboration with other providers, forms and letters.
